Excavation and piling services
Website design
Grover Piling operates in the excavation and piling sector, servicing commercial and project-based clients. The previous website was functional but limited. It was built as a single-page lander, not structured for service segmentation, product sales, or conversion performance.
The objective was to transition from a basic presence to a structured commercial website capable of clearly positioning services, supporting product sales, and improving enquiry quality. The rebuild needed to reflect the scale of the business and align with how customers search and compare within the excavation category.

We began with market and competitor research.
Most competitors operated with basic websites that lacked clarity, segmentation, and conversion structure. Rather than replicating that standard, we identified an opportunity to differentiate through structure and intent alignment.
Before finalising the website build, we deployed paid traffic to a custom-built landing page. This allowed us to test messaging, structure, and enquiry flow in real time. The purpose was to identify what drove response before locking in full website architecture.
This data informed the final site structure and service hierarchy.
Once the landing structure proved effective, we transitioned into full design and build.
The website was restructured to support multiple service categories, project showcases, and product sales within a clean, segmented framework. Navigation and layout were simplified to improve clarity and reduce friction.
The design phase moved efficiently due to clear market insights and defined positioning. Visual hierarchy was built around authority, project capability, and service breakdown rather than generic industry messaging.
The result is a cleaner, more structured digital presence aligned with the competitiveness of the excavation market.
Grover Piling now presents as a structured, capability-led excavation business rather than a single-service operator.
Services are clearly segmented. Projects demonstrate scale and experience. The business identity reflects the size and scope of delivery.
This clarity improves credibility with commercial clients and aligns the brand with larger project opportunities.
