Purest Solutions is a water filtration company that had recently acquired a previous business and was preparing to scale under a refined brand position. The existing website functioned primarily as a placeholder and did not reflect the direction the business intended to take to market.

The objective was to rebuild the website as a commercial platform capable of supporting direct product sales, rental models, and brand repositioning. The business required digital infrastructure that could enable scale while improving operational efficiency.

OUR APPROACH

We approached the rebuild with two priorities. Brand repositioning and commercial functionality.

Structurally, the website needed to support direct-to-consumer product sales while also accommodating residential and commercial rental options. This required clearly segmented pathways and simplified navigation between purchase and rental models.

From a positioning perspective, the brand needed to present as a premium filtration provider rather than a generic commercial operator. The rebuild aligned structure, functionality, and perception.

Design process

The design process focused on elevating brand perception while maintaining clarity.

Purest Solutions was repositioned visually and structurally to speak to a broader B2C audience without losing authority in commercial segments. Layout and hierarchy were built to guide users clearly between product purchase and rental options.

Shopify integration enabled full eCommerce capability, allowing customers to buy filtration systems directly online. Rental pathways were structured separately for residential and commercial clients to improve decision flow and reduce friction.

The result is a cohesive digital platform supporting multiple revenue streams within one system.
