We were introduced to autocomfort to help build them a website, with the intention of running google ads to the website following completion. Auto Comfort specialises in sunroof repairs, truck cooling systems, and commercial vehicle upholstery. Located in Melbourne, their goal with Google Ads is to enhance their online visibility, attract more local customers, and increase service bookings by targeting specific automotive needs within Melbourne.

Autocomfort wanted to reduce their total time spent on the phone by utilizing better website mechanisms such as automated lead forms. Our team worked to put this together, launching it in conjunction with specific landing pages for key services.

The next challenge was finding the best methods through Google ads to find the right audience in quite a niche market. With little search volume, we had to be specific about how to best target and what area is best so we do not waste clicks on searches where more local repair shops will win the work instead.

Create a powerful landing page

What we noticed in the industry was that there were very few competitors, and all had very poor landing page experiences. We decided it will be best to design a simple, yet highly informative landing page to address all potential questions and to include pricing for the average job.

Build a powerful keywords list

The client informed us that there are many reasons why people come in for a repair, and this differs seasonally due to different needs. We created different repair categories and pushed this into the market, with the goal of finding people that eed a specific repair, so they are faced with very relevant ad copy.

Market testing and optimisation

We had to do a lot of optimisation to get the ads to where they are now, generating 3-5 leads per day. We originally had only 1 every few days. We had to fix this through varying strategies of different campaign structure to find the easiest way for people to call. We also used heat mapping software to adjust content on the site to boost conversion rates!
